At the beginning of October, for a private company party, we were treated to a beautiful, typically Swiss atmosphere: Valaisan costumes, Alpine horn and even “Kate”, the Saint Bernard, were present to set the mood. And in the kitchen, our team was ready to take up the challenge to serve the Valaisan plates and fondues!
