The story of Auberge de Savièse

Auberge de Savièse restaurant is located in the picturesque Pâquis district, just two minutes’ walk from the Cornavin central train station and the Geneva Lake. Previously called the “Vieux Renard” (The Old Fox), it has been offering a traditional Swiss cusine with local dishes from the cantons of Valais and Grisons for more than 50 years.

Auberge de Savièse has everything you expect from a high-quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes such as raclette, homemade cheese fondue as well as out meat fondues (Bourguignonne, Bacchus and Chinese). Auberge de Savièse also offers daily specials at lunchtime and a variety of dishes.

Whether you choose to eat outside on the terrace on a sunny day, or indoors in the charming Carnotzet during the winter season, our new team will be delighted to welcome you and assist you.
